AN EX-SPRINGBOK RUGBY PLAYER, A SOAPIE STAR, AN IDOLS PRESENTER, THE FASTEST BROTHER IN AFRICA, A FEAR FACTOR FINALIST AND A COUPLE OF ADVENTURERS JOIN FORCES TO HELP RAISE FUNDS FOR THE CHILDREN OF PENNYVILLE, SOWETO.

Starting in July 2010 the 10 Challengers will embark on a tough journey to complete 14 testing challenges throughout South Africa. The aim is to - with the help of their sponsors and the public - raise funds for the children of Pennyville in Soweto.

14 Events have been carefully selected that will constitute this year’s challenge; all 14 events are rated as amongst the toughest in their class.

Who will benefit from the 2010 Challenge?
This year we would like to support the 2 new crèches in the Pennyville community. In addition, we intend to assist with the construction and maintenance of sporting facilities in order to give these children and others in the area the means to play the sports they so dearly love. Finally we would like to provide further assistance by nurturing the talents of a select few who show great promise to develop into star athletes.
